Shipping Information

Most of our shipments to customers in the United States originate from the United States. 

Most of our shipments to customers in the United Kingdom and Europe originate from the United Kingdom.

Most of our shipments to customers in Israel, originate from Israel.

Orders from other countries will originate from the fastest shipping location. 

Sometimes we make shipments not within the regular shipping plan.  You are not charged extra when this happens.

Some orders will be split-shipped, but you are not charged when this happens.

We ship most orders via UPS in the United States, Purolator in Canada, Royal Mail in the UK and Europe, and the Postal Service in Israel.

Returns are only accepted for defects, and will be replaced.  Returns must have a return authorization.
